Chris Brown Sued by Paparazzi for Assault

Christmas Jones | Celebrities & the Law,Celebrity Scandal | Wednesday, 27 May 2009

Awww… poor Chris Brown just can’t cut a break. Just weeks after the incident with girlfriend Rhianna, a lawsuit has been filed against both Chris Brown and LA fitness. The suit was filed by a local photog who was taking photos of Brown while playing basketball with friends in the gym. The photog claims Chris Brown’s bodyguards yelled at him so he attempted to flee the gym only to be blocked by an LA Fitness employee. The man claims he fell down a set of stairs, allowing Chris Brown’s body guards to catch up to him. He states they “picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him.” No word on if Chris Brown was actually in on the action with his bodyguards, but it is known that the photog filing the lawsuit against the celebrity, is the same man who filed a suit against Pierce Brosnan for similar claims. That suit however, was dismissed. We will see if Chris Brown has the same luck.
